I hav an Insignia smart 32” tv. Not sure if it’s the one at #5 and I’m not looking. For $$89 please find me a better one. He beat it up pretty hard but that’s ok. I also have a 5 year old 39” smart Insignia that’s still going strong and a 55” Insignia smart 4K that rocks. Got it on sale for $255. I’m ok with insignia. Can’t see spending 4 digits on a tv.
I have an insignia 32 inch 1080p. Tv. Had it for about 2 years now and it still going strong. Not to say it’s the best but definitely not the worst! Think it’s good for the money!

Totally agree! Sceptres can be a hit or miss. I've seen some really frustrating experiences with them, which is why they made it onto the list. It’s important to know what you're getting, especially when it comes to budget options. Thanks for chiming in!
