i hate living here. i’ve lived here my entire life. people are rude, fake & judgmental. moving as soon as i can afford to. i went to BVN and i had the absolute worse experience. got bullied so bad i had no choice but to drop out. school officials did NOTHING. if you are neurodivergent like me good luck.

Great video man I really liked it. I think Johnson County is becoming more walkable than the Missouri side. It’s more densely populated and the downtown Overland Park area is walkable along with places like Lenexa city center.

There’s a lot of haters that hate on “suburban” areas that live in kcmo. Mostly due to white flight and all the jobs leaving. There’s a lot of Indians and Asians in Overland Park it’s much more diverse than it used to be and more diverse than kcmo other than African Americans. Actually Overland Park is 8.7% Asian and kcmo is only 2.7% Asian. Kcmo is much more segregated with the troost avenue divide actually. Along with Indians Overland Park is 2.8% Indian and kcmo is only .4% Indian according to the census and other websites. Not sure where these people are getting their information I like to research actual data.

My partner and I do plan on moving to KS in the next couple of years. Really hope we can work with you! I swear, every time I watch your videos and you bring up a possible bad review, my mind is like “Ok, maybe not that place.” But immediately afterwards you say, “but do this before you rule this out because of this”. I swear you have a psychology degree lol
