i’m less than an hour away from everything so i’ll be in destination daytona for most of it. maybe do main street a couple of times. you made a lot of great points and i agree 100%
We have our National with my MC March 14th-17th. I ride with M. F. C. Military, Fire/Rscue and Cops. We have chapters in FL, Ga, Kentucky, Tennessee, Connecticut. I belong to our Foothills, Ga chapter and I hold the Sgt at Arms position.
As-salamualaykum bro Sensei loved the info from this video i haven't joined any MC or have attended any rally if I ever do ylur words is bedded deep in my brain thanks bruh
For someone that’s never been to a rally and who tends to ride alone, why go to a rally? Serious question. I hear a lot about how to stay safe but why do I want to be there in the first place?
Overall situational awareness.. Little story.. Saw a guy I've known since middle school at a bike event. I already knew he was in a club but he seemed like he was just hanging out so I just walked right up to him and said whats up(I'm not in a club). As our short conversation goes on I could feel eyes on me.. Turns out he's the president of the club, these dudes were on the ready😂 It didn't end up being a real issue but you should definitely be aware of some of these things haha
One topic you can add to this would be folks in my situation..... I'm an old white guy that is about to marry a lovely black woman who is just getting her feet wet in the motorcycle world. Being realistic, mixed couple don't go over well with some people. I'm not in a club, but have been around the club world for 40 plus years, and I will go anywhere. But even this situation is new to me. Some thoughts on that would be good.
This topic has absolutely nothing to do with rally’s. This is just a stupid people thing. Rally’s have mix couples and everyone seems to be fine. If you’re still experiencing problems based on you being white and marrying a black woman, then you’re hanging in the wrong places. 💪🏽💯
I am definitely going on Saturday the 9th....... Let me know what day and time you're going to be for the meet up.....love the channel.....wana meet the BOSS...!
💯 percent agree. Respect over anything. My first rally was last year in myrtle beach and I was in a bar with hells angels. Had no issues. They won't mess with you unless you mess with them.
Rode with a club back in the days, now just me and my wife, club life just wasn't for me, but like you said respect and let knuckleheads have there space and move on. I'm there to enjoy the fellowship with other bikers, laugh, share a few lies and see new places.
Last year was my first time being in Daytona which happened to be my biggest rally. I also went to Biketoberfest and it was less stressful. I’m not a part of a club and as it stands now, I’m not interested in being in one. I’m not going this year, I kinda felt like I checked that box. Great tips. Keep ‘em coming.
Meu amigo!! Eu sempre falo isso para as pessoas aqui no Brasil! Infelizmente apenas alguns me escutam. Estes conselhos servem para a vida e não apenas para um evento moto ciclístico. Paz irmão!!
Lol...good video. I agree with what you said. Like most situations in life you have to temper your ego. so when at a rally you have leave your ego in the saddle bags. Ive meet the nicest people while traveling. You'll find that the world has more good in it than the news lets on. You talk about the crowds a lot but we have to remember the riding. Do a little research about nice rides, attractions, and side events. Brush up on your slow speed riding skills (for cruising main st). depending on the rally location practice your twisty road riding skills. and most important is be safe on the group rides. Don't ride with people that are riding wreck-less. also speaking as a jamaican @ridefitnation was buggin' after 14:26 but its all in fun.
