Sadly Martha Stewart's paint is o longer carried in stores. I painted the main areas of the downstairs Skarkey gray and the guest bedroom in Cake Stand. Martha is teamed up with a builder in Katy TX. I still have the floorplans. The homes were some of the best thought out floorplans ever. Thanks
We are renovating our bathroom.. just need an electrician in for a couple of things, then paint the final colour. The advice I'd give, is if your bathroom fan is more than 10 years old, REPLACE IT! We replaced our bathroom fan, and it went from 80 CFM to 300 CFM. Much better air flow, and the bathroom fan also serves as the kitchen vent, so it does double duty.
Went to Ace Hardware to buy Kilz paint. Asked for a water based paint. Gets me wrong one. I don’t know and do my normal messy bathroom walls and ceiling painting. I should have made them come clean the floor, the tub, and my hair. 🥴🤦🏼♀️😡

I was thinking about enlarging my pitiful bath vanity by bumping into the bedroom. It's against the bedroom wall anyway and backs up to walkin closet which could be made the same size longer so the wall would be uniform. Any thoughts?
Martha, at 80, is a swimsuit model, publi$hed. That's impressive. A 10-20% "contingency" is SOP on professionally done renos (Sarah Richardson, e.g. ♥ )
My problem is a design problem on a fix and flip. The original tub was huge it looked like it could have fit 4 people in it. It was built with two stairs leading to this huge tub. We took it out now there's all this space left and I think tiling that whole area is going to be super expensive. The huge tub was replaced by a normal-sized drop in tub and the tile surround in the tub was removed at the real estate agent's advice so now there's all this extra space with walls that have to be replaced with some type of material that can hold up to all the steam and moisture in the bathroom. Got any ideas? walls
I will be adding an ensuite to my bedroom with a second entrance to a hallway. The design requires 2 pocket doors to ensure the best clearance. Thank you so much for the advice and humour you bring to your video content.
