Self exploratory trip is worth it and it helped us when we first visited in Dec last year before coming back to do migration in July.
There was a time when coming to Canada was difficult but staying was easy. In small cities of Ontario, 2 bedrooms apartment was for $800 to $1000, cars were cheaper, so was grocery. But now vice versa about everything. I think they should come, see by themselves, and if they can survive then not a bad idea to immigrate. Raising family with single earning is no more possible; both of them have to work. Anyways, we welcome them to Canada.
