Don’t get fooled into making rookie mistakes when renting abroad! Here are some potential red flags and issues you can run into when renting an apartment in another country. I’ve based this on my own experience renting apartments in various countries around the world, and most recently my rental experience here in Karachi, Pakistan.
Most of the time, renting an apartment in the US is a piece of cake; I didn’t find this to be true in many other countries, so here’s what you should watch out for so you don’t get duped!
