I have a corporation registered in Canada. I want to do Amazon business in USA. I want to know how to get reseller certificate in USA based on my Canadian corporation?
@@jankharooti8852 from what I understand you can if you have a business entity in the US. You are allowed to open it, just be aware that if it’s a LLC then there’s tax complications for us Canadians. You may open a CORP so the CRA will considered it a a corporation in CA and will not affect taxation the way Mr Akif explained it.

What if you show yourself as a 1% partner in US tax free llc and your partner/ family non canadian resident is 99% partner. Then you pay tax on only the company's 1% income/your share.
