Avoid this fatal error in an Affidavit
This video, ‘Avoid this fatal error in an Affidavit’ was made without planning when Mr Samad Hassan, the director and cinematographer listed me last week. He can for one purpose, and left with another. We were adjusting the lighting - it takes a long time - when he said, ‘Tell me something which is fatal in legal practice’.
Hence this video.
