Wacha kua mutu bladi.....faakin tafuta content bro ama uende mjei hauna future hapa..sio wewe wa kwanza kuenda nairobi na hizo streets ziko safe kwa anyone lakini mbleina kaa wewe lazima uamshwe uchanuliwe juu hujinauwo
Him: Avoid this street, people get robbed here. Also him: walks around the entire down town with his camera without even a single person trying to rob him or even talk to him.
I have been going there with my Car to buy stationary for the past 9 years I’ve been in business. Never been robbed or stopped by people I don’t know. I packed my car aside the street the whole day and came back to it safe as it was. Am saying, I don’t understand why this guy spreading so much negativity here
I will listen to your advice. But I must say where I live in the suburbs of Rome looks worse. In Nairobi looks like everyone is busy ... No one is bothering you!
I am not Kenyan but I have been in nairobi for more than 4 years. I have never had any problem. Kenyans are the most beautiful nice people and the country is very attractive I have ever seen in my life. I choose to stay here and living here in nairobi. Please don't darken the Beautiful aspect and bright side of our Kenya
have you been kidnapped, are you OK? Are you being force to say that? Post another comment so we can know to send recue team lmao I'm just joking. I didn't see anything in this video to show any danger. I'm learning and studying the language Kiswahili and all my research shows a beautiful place and beautiful people. The street just looks like a place that is under developed. When I finally get there I'm going every where.
If you want to go to Tanzania Sai baba and Dar Express have their offices in this street, I didn’t knew that’s more dangerous than other streets, I think daytime it’s not a big problem to go there
I thought it was a video with some valuable information only to realise I was accompanying this guy to his destination. You've just wasted my bundles for nothing nkt
you don't take warnings well!. It may be of some warning to a tourist that was about to go down that way alone or with family only to find out it was a wrong turn.
Nairobi like any other part of the world has safe places and unsafe places, just don't be naive most Kenyans are friendly people. If you are visiting Kenya for the first time do your homework and you'll love your stay.
You have so much negative energy.I used these streets for 5 years as a student of University of Nairobi and never felt unsafe once. You must be a very idle chap.
Same here. I lived in Nrb for 3 years. You get a thick skin anyway. Just always keep your cool and a good sense of humour when you're solicited for all sorts of stuff. Speaking Swahili also helps a lot.
I have for years shopped alone for papers along that street and never witnessed any robberies. Never even felt threatened or afraid but it always pays to be vigilant.
I used to work an overnight job in Kilimani, just a few,2 or 3 miles from Nairobi city centre, I used to pass these streets everyday at around 8pm for 4 years and I never witnessed any form of robbery. STOP BAD PICTURING KENYA AND AFRICA IN GENERAL!
In my early days as a graphic designer I would come to these streets a lot to buy papers and do printing. Never had an issue or anyone messing with me for 5 years.
I also used to bring my printing jobs to the printers around Grogon/ Kirinyaga Road. And I used to pay in cash. In fact, that's the place where I have carried the most cash. These sides are relatively safe.
Wtf do you mean, Kenyan youtubers basically just regurgitate what they see, go watch your fake pranks and staged shows dude was just warning his fellow Kenyans but someone like you obviously saw it as an insult, simply because your in the country, go act offended somewhere else sheep 😒🐑
You just make Nairobi look so bad.I see everyone minding his/her own business.I agree there are security challenges here and there, just like any other city in any other part of the world, but to tell people to avoid the street while alone is utter bullshit.
@durosoto I thought he was going to show someone robbing someone or him being robbed. But he showed good citizens going on with their daily hassles trying to earn a genuine living
Let the fool be. That place is as busy at night no one bothers anybody. Nairobi has been safe for years now. Even globe roundabout and city stadium are perfectly safe
If those streets were unsafe then no one would pack their cars there and walk away. Those vehicles would be vandalised regularly but this is not the case. Nairobi is okay but don't walk a lot at night
Point of Correction, Most places in Nairobi are safe in the day, but like many places in the world even for developed countries, caution has to be taken if moving around after nightfall
Same street they shot that iconic Guinness advert about a decade ago kindly avoid this labels there are people earning their living here,it's known as the stationery and book supply center area in Nbi.
Very safe and better than up town . try stealing down town ndio utajua hujui. Huku kila MTU ako bizy jus don't insult or double check the ladies whom are on the side road.
I see the danger. It's the potholes. You can really break your bones there. Since Nairobi city council have started doing some serious maintenance in the last few years I hardly recognise certain areas which now look like Europe. This neighbourhood might also get a face lift one day. But as usally, pole pole. 👊🏼👍🏼
Exactly the danger is the poorly managed streets . I don't understand why though...you will need gum boots to walk on those streets. I think we're missing the point here.
I was holding my breath for that moment you were going to be attacked. Aaalaar kumbe I was just escorting you to your destination, glad you arrived safely.
I used to work near that mozzartbet shop in the start of the video there is nothing to fear unless u look suspicious.I even thought u were attacked by those women on thumbnail
I leaved in Nairobi in 1999. Every time l was warned not to move alone downtown but to my suprise the day l went down town the streets where full of people. Crime is every so lets simmer town and mingle on good day.
The only thing i think is wrong with the place is the pot holes and trush, please clean ur town every one is responseble for keeping ur towns clean, grown ups and children, i think its high time it becomes a subject in schools, since no onecares...😞
Speaking as a Kenyan who's traveled alot, but in Kenya, Nairobi is the dirtiest almost filthy. It's corridors are quite wet and dirty even in the dry seasons and with many areas smelling urine.
This is ngara, nyamakima na njia ya kwenda Accra road, hapa sio pabaya sana, ave passed by the place several times during the late night hours but ni scary at night
Nonsense If the street is dangers go & report to a police station , acha kutuaribia jina ya Nairobi online kazi yake nikuleta watalii wewe unawafukuza .... & very soon uta post chini ya kitanda yako .....
"Rob" is such a strong word... I feel like people try to make Africa look more dangerous than it is. I mean I know it can be but I'm more scared of South America than I am of Africa... African people are actually really nice and there really the only foreigners I know that I can vibe with on a special level. .. but from what I understand, if you walk around with a camera or a phone and want to flash it in everybody face then somebody going to grab it and run..
@@juiceman2019 they do the same on the streets of Chicago. No big deal. These people don’t look that intimidating. Probably last 15-30 seconds in a street fight. 🤣🤣🤣
There's nothing like "dangerous" the word which you told in title... You are just walking in streets, no one is threatening you or no one is even talking to you...🤪 I don't understand, can you help us understand...🤣😅 Because we are far away from your country, i'm an indian...😉
And all those people moving in the street are alone including the camera man is alone. This street has no issue any street in Nairobi can turn Nairobi to Nairobbery just be careful whenever or wherever in Nairobi
In Nairobi, a good number of us here walks along this streets you have highlighted on a daily basis but we have not experienced any issues concerning theft ,ni machokora ,malaya na wasee wa mihadharati wako but all of them are busy
I have been to that place several times as early as 4am. May have been lucky, but the truth is that that area is busy 27/4. Yes, there are incidents, and such incidents are common and similar allover the city. Even this video has many individuals walking alone. The guy just took us for a walk, wasting our time.
These are one of the safest streets, these are business people, even thieves don't play in this streets, they will be killed by mob, unless you're scammed when buying something no one will talk to you.
1. I see several people walking alone. 2. You are walking alone . 3. I have walked severally alone in the same street, last time 3 days ago. 4. No body walks in a matatu ama?
