I pretty much have followed her career ever since she came out with complicated and it tells me that she's a fighter and doesn't give up. I mean I remember when she was diagnosed with Lyme disease and that could have ended her singing career. But she wasn't going to allow that get to her but she deserves all the recognition and she deserves to be playing in larger venues
People saying she looks bored or dispassionate, that’s Avril’s thing. It always has been! I saw her twice when she toured with MGK in 2022 and seeing her twice this summer. I can assure you she’s still got it, sounds great live, and is still everything on stage.
She didn’t sing those songs. Here was Avril’s Greatest Hits Tour Set List: 1. Girlfriend 2. What the Hell 3. Complicated 4. Smile 5. Here's to Never Growing Up 6. My Happy Ending 7. He Wasn't 8. Don't Tell Me 9. When You're Gone 10. Fake as Hell (All Time Low cover) 11. Bite Me 12. Love It When You Hate Me 13. Sk8er Boi
If it weren't for that lyme disease matter which affected her voice seriously maybe we can watch her these days doing well her live performances just like what she did back then..but still i love her so much and i think she's doing this kind of singing she does in this video to reserve and control her voice..
its been so long that she has written anything new that even comes closer to her first 2 records. it is what it is and this is the best probably we were supposed to get out of the amazing Avril.
me encanto la pista con el vioooolin diossss, para mi que avril tenia la versión remasterizada por el 20 aniversario de under my skin pero a ultimo momento no la sacooo 😭😭
Hey, so I had seen that she started at 9:15 PM in Vancouver for her first show. So I was anticipating 9:15 PM. However, she started at 9 PM in Seattle, which was her second show for this tour. I was still in the parking lot parking my car and heard her open with “Girlfriend” and then “Complicated,” which I was totally pissed about! 😆 She performed her last song “I’m with You” at 10:22 PM and was finished at 10:30 PM! It went by very quickly, and as others have expressed, she definitely could have sang a few more of her hits, but considering her health in the last few years with Lyme disease and recovering from that, I guess it’s understandable why she didn’t sing more in a set. So to be safe, I would plan on being in your seats by 9 o’clock. I doubt she would start any earlier than that.
Shes also been drinking and partying for yearssss thats def not great for your stamina and most def has an impact on what she does for a living. Big or small.
Look at her other performances where she's kicking, singing powerfully etc she still got it. She's 40 and has severe Lyme disease for years, she's not an alcoholic or druggy, she's just been through a lot. Either way she still sounds amazing
@@littledreamboat dude...she is a different person,20 years have passed...she grew up. I'm just a few years younger than her and the difference between me now and me 10 years ago is huge.
