Where can I find information about using the color matrix, color correction, skin tone correction, initial color calibration and matching this camera to other cameras?
Hi Kris, how are you? I was updating the firmware of the Panasonic AW-HE60S but the update did not complete after 30 minutes of running and I can no longer access it as it has not assigned IP and I cannot find it in Easy Setup. Is there any way to perform a standard resed using dip switches? the front LED is always orange and approximately every 10 seconds it performs PTZ movements. thank you.
Do I read correct HE60? we had 2 versions, It looks like you uploaded the wrong version, and then the unit will be down (and to expensive to fix, looking to the age). to avoid this, use the updating tool, it will slect for you the correct version and refuse to update if you only have the wrong version available. OF course, other option is that the unit already had a problem, but it only became apparant while updating. (never update an unit suffering from a problem, it often get worse..)
@@krisvandamme4210hi That's too bad :( I just got my hands on 2 aw-he60 and one is also in bootloop, the other one is working fine. But I noticed I can't control them with a generic network ptz controller. is that correct that I need a Panasonic one? Thanks for your help
