Summary Notes (80/20): It's important to visualize & emotionalize the wish fulfilled the ideal outcome, we do it to constantly program our subconscious mind. A good practice would be to have an audio/video positive affirmation of yours with "I am" standpoint and listen to it every day and while you are listening visualize & emotionalize the ideal result that you desire, actually and really believe that it's true and possible and live it. Another good practice would be to constantly prevent anything that's not providing any value to your vision/goals and give it a positive meaning because everything is actually helping us grow and reach our goals. One needs to understand it which come from practice.

This make total sense when you see this reality as virtual (simulation) I.e consciousness does not come from our brain. It comes from OUTSIDE this virtual reality. Think of you sitting down behind the screen playing computer games. The consciousness (you) playing the character in the game must technically always be outside of the reality being simulated in the game. You as consciousness can influence the probability of a certain future outcome by positive focus and imagination. This is what placebo ultimately is. If you expect a certain outcome, it is more likely to happen. Science have never understood its mechanics because they still think this reality is matter based. Placebo can not be explained through matter. Thomas Campbell (author of My Big Toe, ex NASA physicist) has an excellent channel with hundreds of hours of videos where he thoroughly explains the theory. All sorts of physics mysteries (that Einstein worked (and failed) for 20 years to solve, fall out beautifully when you adopt the simulation theory a la Campbell. Books like the one reviewed help us understand the importance of imagination and maybe even more importantly FEELING. How does it feel living the life of your dreams etc. Great work man !
This is interesting. I have a little trouble with feeling though. I think I learned to shut down when going thru hurtful things or things that gave me anxiety.

I vividly imagined day after day a certain man. I was raising my 6 children and imagining being in a life with him kept me in a state of bliss. I did this for over 10 years. He never manifested into my life to this day. I have let him go and moved on. But this is evidence to me that I can manifest most things with the exception of a special person(that is my niggling fear, anyway). But I comfort myself by knowing that I had the best relationship with him in my imagination. There is another now who will not even talk to me after a year’s relationship. I avoid seeing him until I can apply these principles. When I start feeling desperate anxiety about it I just tell myself is all I can do is work on loving and empowering myself and letting things work out. I won’t give up on changing myself by applying these principles.

I have been doing this now for 3 years and I have not manifested what I want. I have spoken things for others predicted things happening yet have not brought to fruition whatsoever I want. Am I a creator or a physic? There is big difference in these two.
Hey Joseph, I really like your videos, they are a great compliment to reading the books, and also great recommendations on what to read. I recommend that you read a book called "Blue Ocean Strategy". It was one of the course literature when I studied entrepreneurship at university a few years ago. I also saw that they have released a new book called "Blue Ocean Shift", although I haven't read that one yet.
Much better pacing, slower, softer, speaking close to the mic. I love all your videos but the pacing is often too fast. It’s hard to absorb so much heady information when it comes at you too fast. Nice job w this video.
