Picking and choosing is still very much present in this situation and at this point it takes a character to become a literal god to capture the One Piece just breaks it for me.

The one piece anime pacing is always gonna be bad but it is an anime at the end of the day regardless, for bigger fights like these they WILL add extra scenes. I loved the activation sequence of Gear 5. Because we never seen how he activates it normally. In the manga, it just cuts to Sakazuki, and then when it cuts back, Luffy's already in Gear 5.

I love Vegapunk's very conclusive sounding theory of Devil Fruits being exemplars of what people wish to be or what they want to do/become!!!!! Even more so them being unnatural to Mother Nature is why DF users are weak to the natural sea!!! I guess when Zoans Awaken, they all gain that fiery smoke ribbon on their upper body; and moreover when Zoans awaken, there's a chance that their Zoan Creatures would completely take over their users; like the Impel Down Jailer Beasts.

This episode felt like a movie wow! I really like how fluid the animation is. In my opinion, this type of animation definitely suits Luffy. I cant wait for the next episode (Although the next one will be a recap, I understand). I am so intrigued when the episode ended like will Luffy fight all the Seraphims at once? Luffy is basically a toon god when he enters Gear 5 and the fact that he is not one shooting everyone just shows that the creator is picking and choosing when Luffy's power level is at its peak just to draw out a fight even tho he should be KO'd Lucci by now.

@@JustTooDamnHonestbajrang gun which eclipses any other moves he has is what beat kaido not the moves luffy used here like mole pistol which is like red roc level attack but in g5 style

@@MarkzBaui26 Like I said G5 Luffy was used to take down Kaido( a former Yonko who's power was equal to a natural disaster) and G5 had use several moves before putting Kaido down including an increased normal punch. Lucci is a lot weaker then Kaido and the moment G5 Luffy hit Lucci that showed that he is leagues ahead of Lucci and at this point they are just wasting time and it turned out I was right about that now that the tide turned into the WG's favor.
