Awakening to Greater Life: "I am with you"

Wherever those places of self-negation, self-criticism, and self-judgment occur, can you imagine replacing these with that compassionate statement of your heart toward yourself - “I am with you?” In doing this, you become your own beloved.
There is a stream that runs through all of life that is formed of the Breath of the Divine One. This One that is all breathes life into every living thing. That Breath is known to the deeper self, but the conscious everyday self often feels separate from it and needs to return to it. “I am with you” is a path of return. It is the overcoming of separation and a testimony to love as the foundation of life.
