Very nice home! I love seeing the “smaller” homes sometimes. Maybe it’s just me, but I kinda hate it when the master bedroom is right outside the kitchen.

Loved the intro. You had me going there for a minute...LOL! I absolutely love the layout of this house. The kitchen and living space is on point, especially the sectional which makes it pop. I like how cozy it is with the backyard and covered patio. I would have extended the island in the kitchen because it is too small. I was also impressed with the 4 can lighting throughout this house, It makes the home so much more inviting. I love the generous closet space nicely done in the master bedroom. The only thing I found odd was having a refrigerator in the washer/dryer room--- it is a different concept. Beautiful home featured. Well done, Chakits!

Nice home but I don’t understand why they would build a home without a freakin tub in any of the bathrooms. The shower in the main bedroom is nice but after a long day at work or a good workout at the gym I’d want to take a bath. 🧐 Great video bro. I love the NW area!

Nice Home. I love how it was styled too absolutely love the furnishings. Where did the furnishings come from? The home is nice just missing a pool in Vegas you must have a pool but I suppose one can be added. Great job on the tour thanks again.

I love how the furniture is staged in the kitchen and great room. Even though it’s an open floor plan the furniture (sofa) separates the spaces. 🏡

Pulte built this same house and other big houses in this collection into a mountainside (literally almost into a mesa/mountain) community in Goodyear, AZ. Lot sizes 8,500-9,500 sf. Started at low $400s ended in mid $500s. Sold out about 140 homes in 2 yrs. About 40% of the community is adding a pool.

Nice layout and utilization of space for that size home. For a model, I wish they raised the ceilings and utilized some tray ceilings. That would have shown off the house much better. The kitchen looks nice but for a 5 bedroom residence, does not have enough cabinet storage (despite the pantry).

Love the interior design especially the color scheme. I get so tired of the bright white look. Not too sure about that refrigerator in the laundry room. Seems odd to me. A freezer maybe but those usually go in the garage. Back yard is decent but kinda small. Love the staging. Presentation is everything. You're the man Chakits. Hope your leg heals back perfectly.

I just purchased a new house in Las Vegas. It is not as easy as it seems even if you have the money to build. Builders are holding the plots and releasing them one by one. Or they are using lotteries to determine who get then house. It was crazy and I am glad my home search is over.

I love one story houses, but I hate that the master is always next to the kitchen and family room. It's never good, because of the noise if someone is in the kitchen or watching TV. I do get it's to keep it away from the other rooms, but it's still not efficient for the reasons mentioned above.

This house has a really good look overall but the master bed being right off the kitchen is just a bit wrong. It also needs a bigger bath with a tub. I'd definitely would want a bigger/deeper lot. I want a real gas fireplace in the great room! Lol
