I think you probably would have got more in if you had rolled your clothes and/ or used packing cubes.

She actually also puts the clothes in the 'wrong space'. Away says to put shoes etc. in the side she has put her clothes. The side with the flap is supposed to be for 'softer' stuff as you can compress them with the buckles.

Clothes are pretty soft the last time I checked!! I find I’m able to pack more the way that I do it, but to each their own.

Wouldn't it traditionally make sense to wear the bulkiest pair of shoes on the plane? It seems counter intuitive as it would allow you maximize space in the bag

+ahastar1141 excellent point. I noticed I didn't explain myself well enough when I was saying that in the video. Since My goal was to show you the packing space in the bag, I wanted to include a bulky pair of shoes to prove how much room the bag actually has! Hopefully this clears that up.

Why didn't you show video of you successfully closing the tightly packed bag?? That's the part I was waiting to see. Otherwise, how do we know all of your stuff actually fit??

That’s a fair question! I’ve never once thought to upload dishonest content, so I can assure you that everything fit and zipped just fine. In the future I’ll be more conscious of details like that, though, so I greatly appreciate your input!

Thanks for the reply. I wasn’t calling you dishonest. I was only curious why you stopped filming before letting us see how the bag looked with all your stuff inside. However, I think I’ll buy it and see how it works for me.

This video was filmed several years ago, so I’m not surprised those items are out of stock! I would recommend the Calpak Clear Cosmetics case (small if you want to fit just the essential, large if you want it to be a catch all bag!)

That looks like a great luggage option! I especially appreciate the outer shell - I always get super concerned about the "crush" factor with soft shell cases =)

+0110 Media I totally agree! This is the first hard shell luggage I've ever owned, and it hasn't let me down! I haven't run into an instance where I've had to check it, but it's held up wonderfully as a carry on so far!

Hi, do you have the power bank with your luggage? I have just bought one with power bank but when I received it the bottom of the power bank holder was broken. Have you had any difficulties? Shelley x

I actually got it as a gift, but it's by the brand Umbra, and most of their stuff can be purchased on amazon or found at The Container Store!

The brand is Umbra and they sell some of their products at The Container Store! Unfortunately it is sold out on Amazon right now, but do a search for foldable travel jewelry organizers and there should be something similar on the market!

any issue with TSA with the built in battery pack?

+Kenneth nope! I've flown into and out of approximately 10 different airports since I've had the bag, and I've never had any trouble. I believe their website only states that airports in Asia require the pack to be removed when going through security. The bag comes with a tiny screwdriver that easily removes the battery, if you ever run into questions going through security lines.

I flew over 40 flights in 2017 and never had an issue once! A few articles came out recently stating some airlines do require you to remove the battery on occasion. The updated version of this suitcase has a removable charging battery that you simply push down on and the charging unit pops out. It can be used as a portable battery pack on your trips! Great new feature!
