I just got mine on December 30 but then just this week the right side lost it's sound but you can still pause and play when you tap it now the left one also lost it's sound but it says connected please help

Try to tap and hold the right earbuds maybe you accidentally turn off the volume by tapping the left earbuds

That's exactly what happened to me on the first day I got them. The right earbud just stopped working.

I got that.. put finger on the sensor continuously for 10-15 sec and it will be on.
