The view at 2:56. All the ambient sounds, the pick and grab style of recording, and samples of the scenic views are why I enjoy your rockhounding channel. No time wasting to each cool find. Some can be a little muddy and hard to see and appreciate. I love all the agates and their fun to cut open. But that jasper is so pretty and can have a lot of character. I liked that pistachio green one. Another excellent video! Grats on your MBA!
Awesome finds!! 7:37 is that all agate!? That agate arrowhead is super cool!! Nice frog ambience in there too, really fitting for the area. seems like it's been a pretty wet spring, hopefully it'll continue to help keep fires at bay this summer🙂
That green jasper is pretty stuff. It's great to see you cutting your finds at the end of the video. If you have a chop saw one thing that is nice to have is a bunch of wooden wedges cut off a 2x4, cut them really thin and at a shallow angle. You can then use them you wedge around your rock and vise for a nice sturdy clamp up.
Amazing content as always. Curious what kind of camera you're using? It is amazing with the rocks and closer details. Thank you for your channel and continued videos, I always look forward to your new content!
Thanks! I appreciate the support ^^ As for recording, I use a few things; [Primarily] my phone(S20 ultra), 2-timelapse cameras, go pro 11(10?), and Mavic 2 Zoom.
