Nice job. Smoothness rules! Love to be able to see the city from above. Used to be rare, now here we are! Are you able to fly up and down the river at all? I’d think that would look amazing. Thank you for making this happen and sharing it with us. Peace
It would be absolutely a mistake to tear down the ren cen It would make the skyline look like Chattanooga, Tennessee, no offense, the Marriott tower in the middle incidentally is doing wonderfully , Detroit needs hotel rooms badly, why in the world would you do away with the largest ( 1000+ room ) hotel.
@@afridgetoofar1818 I would disagree. The Guardian Building, Book Tower, Stott Tower and Broderick Tower are all more detailed and far more interesting and pleasing than the Renaissance, although the latter is taller.
They are not tearing the middle tower down! The middle tower is the hotel, if they do tear anything down. It would be one of the four towers around the middle tower. It would be foolish for them to tear down the hotel, if only they were going to rebuilt the hotel.
Great skyline views, it’s funny at the beginning the views shown are what I’m looking at from my place/ high-rise in Lafayette Park, and about a quarter of the way in , you’re going right past my building on the left the thin building next to the freeway from the 19th floor..Love Detroit, it’s really becoming a wonderful city again, so much to do, great people and a truly diverse vibe for everyone
@TheSkylineKing lol...no problem the channels cool and I was wondering when are you doing Cleveland or Columbus as you can tell I'm from Ohio and pro Ohio
That's cap bro. We don't have the numbers of a Chicago or New York which nobody can compare to those two. To say it's not impressive, you have a right to your opinion. However, many viable sources consider it to be 1 of the more impressive skylines in the USA which is adding on new buildings each year. Quality over quantity.
I've never been to Detroit but I've seen some street-level videos of downtown Detroit and it impressed me that there seems to be a lot of beautiful historic architecture and dense development, which usually means a vibrant downtown or at least good bones for bringing back vibrancy.
Thanks for viewing.. Have you been to Detroit recently? or ever? The city really is doing a great job of recreating its image. Contrary to the picture painted over the last few decades, I found Detroit to be a really nice place and not once did I feel unsafe .
