I am back, and EARLY...ER, with the much loved Easter Baskets for Teen Guys video and this time, I am adding two more to the gifting list and they are GIRLS!!! This year the baskets are frugaly awesome...which makes them even more...AWESOME!
The guy's baskets are the same baskets we have used for 8 years and the girl's "baskets" are thrifted Vera Bradley purses that were $9.00 and $7.00 at a local resale shop. YOu know I am all about upcycling and these two multi-use items checked that box.
The biggest difference this year is that I didn't order the big snack box from Amazon that I have purchased in the past. I was able to find items at my local Aldi and online at Thrive Market that ended up being more cost effective as my gifiting list increased from 3 people to 5 people. I am also trading the tradittional swim trunks out for gift cards. Two of our boys are now driving and the fuel cards will be more helpful to them than the swim trunks.
I also included an all natural acne treatment roller that I made using repurposed 15ml essential oil bottles with roller ball tops (linked below), Rosehip oil, Jojoba oil, and Tea Tree & Lavendar essential oils. This is a wonderful and effective treatment for acne that I know works and does not contain dangerous chemicals.
