Hi Joy! My name is Deb (DK Schurby). I started out, about a yr ago, after watching a few different demonstrators on youtube. I used my ruler, colored pencils & the few rubber stamps l had. I even used some left over wall paper on my 1st cards. When l knew l was hooked, l started buying cardstock & other supplies. I wish l could help you get started. It’s so fun.
Beautiful card Tash. I always love lemon and white as it looks so Springlike and fresh. I really like making the fold back so narrow, it just gives that little something different from the usual. Fabulous as always. TFS.
Natasha, I love citrus, too! They can be lemons, limes, oranges, grapefruits with just different colors. I have an old Concord & 9th set that has phrases about hugs and "Consider yourself squeezed". I bought it many years ago, just because of that phrase and all the citrusy goodness.
What a quick and easy card to make as a batch set of cards. Love the simplicity of this card and the papers were so bright and cheerful, whoever the lucky recipient is it brighten their day. Thanks once again for sharing your videos Natasha
I was intimidated by alcohol markers too. Finding correct blends. I had some birthday money and bought the 24 set as well of the spectrum noir markers. I just love them!!! I use them all the time.😍
Thanks Natasha, you are so creative and make everything seem so easy. I love your tools but know how expensive some of those are and so have to stick with my cheapos.
This is a really cute card. I struggle with alcohol markers and any coloring in general. I use the Chameleon markers. They have an attached blending chamber that fades the color and allows for a seamless blend. There is a learning curve but they have helped me a lot with achieving a smooth blend.
Thank you, Natasha I love, love, love your quick tutorials. You are a talented crafter, and my favorite tip I learned from you is the thing you do with the double sided tape. Thanx for all the fun card ideas!
What a fun little flap card!!! I love this design, perfect to make & add to my “Thank You,” card stash! The patterned paper on the inside edge is perfect for cards only needing minimal space for writing sentiments. Thanks bunches!!!! 🙏🏻👏🏻👍🏼💖
I love this ❤️❤️❤️❤️ I have loads of patterned paper packs that I’ve had for years. Thank you Natasha, I can feel a batch making session coming on 😂 Anymore ideas please would be awesome x
