You should directly attach fans to radiator like you did in previous video the whole radiator should be covered by fans and the next thing dont use series water connection for 2 cpu's you can use a mini water storage tank for better cooling and the last thing is that the size of radiator is not enough for cooling 2 cpu's it's ideal for only one cpu.
