Dear subscribers and Patrons: I sincerely hope we can all appreciate the pure genius reposed in Lukasz, who is, to my mind, our greatest pedagogical modeler. To know the man, as I have had the great fortune of having done so, is to also know and to realize how this man, teacher by day and , in fact, teacher by night, can so exquisitely make the uncommon, common. In saying “common” I mean to say that only this man can take what, to me, is a an uncommonly problematic stroke and flourish of art by scale model, and turn it into something we lesser modelers can both do and understand. And, in his own right, the skill level in which he inhabits is the Zenith of artistic expression and modeling. In a matte or six months I have learned the equivalent of six years of modeling experience and expression by being fortunate to correspond directly with the man. In those mere six months, my skills and knowledge have exponentially improved. Lukasz not only makes the word “art” possible in the scale modeling world, he organically blooms from the ground up, with the least amount of materiel and then uses those materials to render some different and better part or element of a model. What the h**l did all of that just mean? He’s damn good!
Great work! Yes, the Vomag version of the JP IV definitely has a sleek look to it...better thsn the ugly bastard that is the Alkett version. I look forward to your camouflage on this thing. There are some cool factory camouflage patterns and many options.
Is quicktracks still in business? I ordered some tracks for the StuG III Ausf B, and I never received a tracking number, and it's been almost 2 weeks and with no sign. I payed through PayPal. I can't find their contact info either.
Regarding the turret, that extra little bit of detail might seem meaningless, but I think it goes a way to making the kit seem more 'real,' as it were. This comes from someone who primarily models sci-fi models, more than anything else.

The "Hetzer" T38, Jagdpanzer and StUG's all have that sportscar feel to them and they look awesome. I mean just look at 7:30 that view is quite nice, a Lady with some junk in the trunk. ;)
I like the video. It's nice to see you work on a simple project, something I'm More likely to relate to and take a chance on. I enjoy your work and commentary. This was a nice break and you "dumbed it down'' for newer modelers. Cheers!
Hi Lukasz. Great vid mate. Couple of questions if ok. What is the part number of the xxl cable you used and the mantlet, on the panzerart website, it looks a wierd cream colour but the one you use is a nice grey resin. Do you know if they are all this grey colour as they look a nicer casting. Hope that makes sense.
Eureka XXL ER-3505. I dont know nothing about the resin color used by PanzerArt. Probabbly they used different types of resin for casting. That's all :)
