I've just bought the new rotisserie and I love it, I cooked a chicken using 7 Aussie beads and a rolled neck of lamb using 9 but I could have used 7 if I wanted I was just in a bit more of a rush, to be honest, I put my Cobb away after buying my Kamado Joe and my Davy Crocket Green Mountains Grill and although I love cooking on both I think the Cobb trumps them, its fun, portable, economical and gives great results, my wife said the roast lamb and roast potatoes I cooked on it was one of the tastiest dinners I have ever done. I used to think of the Cobb as a good transportable cooker but with the new additions it's become a great transportable BBQ as well, Long live the Cobb
I agree! I loved the stock Cobb system for travel, but could not get the best results (compared to traditional grill). These new accessories really improve the quality of my meals. Also, It is super useful to be able to safely move the grill when it starts raining or when night falls.
I’ve had a Cobb for years and bought most of the accessories except the cutting board and rotisserie. I’ve never seen 450°F in the cooking chamber. I hope you realize by now that you used the kettle support upside down in your video. Other than that, great video. Keep on Cobbing!
I believe the kettle is no longer made, but try the Cobb site for your country. Here is the US version: www.cobbgrillamerica.com/collections/accessories
I saw on the video your vent lid I have one as well however it doesn't spin as freely as yours not even close i have to loosen the screw which in turn in transit it vibrates out , how is yours set up with the washers and large silver heat shield disks
Nice! I thought the new fire basket and lid with air control were only bundled with the new Cobb Air? Did you buy the air or did you find the accessories sold separately?
@@bogamanz nice, I've been wanting to do some videos on the new lid and do some other dishes but didn't want to buy a whole new cobb... I already own two lol
If you wanted to order all of this stuff and are in the USA, I'd order from: www.cobbgrillamerica.com/ . You will get free shipping right now and some of this is on sale. I posted an amazon link in the description for the just the grill.
