@@Ravenhomegamerone of my worst nightmares is being trapped in a place like that forever, it’s mind boggling and terrifying. Thanks for the horrific journey to nowhere.
There are no monsters in the backrooms, but they will still most likely kill you, due to starvation. The only monsters one might see, are just from getting crazy in that infinite maze.
2:00 The developer needs to be careful. Thats a track from Silent Hill 2. This game is indeed being sold for money on steam. Konomi (who own silent hill) could sue the developer for that.
That is definitely a track from Silent Hill 2 and out of respect for Akira Yamaoka, who did the song to begin with, I don't find that okay to steal it like this.
this is one of the best backrooms games ive seen in a long time!!!! i hope the developer removes the silent hill sounds so that they dont face any legal trouble - i hope to see much more from them
Good stuff the only thing missing is some sort of goal past trying to find the next elevator. There seems to be no purpose beyond just getting lost or being lost. In other words a person could just sit in the food court and do nothing.
Yes the main loop in most of these games tend to be just fining an exit, some levels you feel so lost it's a great relief to see an elevator. but yes I suppose you could just sit in the food court and do nothing:) Thanks for watching:)
How does anyone systematically explore the Bathrooms? It's endless hallways and adjacent rooms. Every time you turn a corner, there's a new tantalizing space to check out.
I love the graphics and especially the mall level, but the jittery movement when you sprint and the sound of it is very distracting. If they can increase the walk speed a bit, I could avoid sprinting.
Yes I know what you mean about the movement when sprinting, it almost feels like your a cartoon character running really fast:) yes the graphics are great in this one and yes the mall level looked amazing:) Thanks for watching:)
If I possessed Rick Sanchez's level of technological and robotic genius. I would create tens of millions of gnat sized nano machines to explore, film and map the back rooms. Therfore I wouldn't have to risk getting lost and dying of hunger/dehydration. Or being ambush and killed by a monster.
any point in these backroom games? I just don't get it. All I see is people using engines like unreal, put some free assets in their scenes with nice lighting and water effect, some (purchased? stolen?) music and call it a "game". what's the end game here?
