AWESOME TK TWIN at the TKE Elevator Test Tower in Atlanta GA with Freight Elevators

(February 2023) This was a once in a lifetime experience! You will see BOTH cars of a scenic TKE TWIN elevator, the MACHINE ROOM, the high rise freight elevator, and the low rise freight elevator! You will also get to see the magical behavior of the twin as it moves the upper car out of the way so we can go up in the lower car! A HUGE HUGE Thanks to TKE Elevator for inviting me to see their amazing state of the art facility! PLEASE NOTE that this tour was by invitation. This facility is NOT open to the public so if you go by here you will be denied entry however you are more than welcome to enjoy the elevators through this and upcoming videos!

This is amazing! This test tower is so cool, huge props to TKE for inviting you down to their newest test tower. If I'm not mistaken I believe this is the very first ever test location in the US, so that's quite the honour to be invited and go check it out. Also the TWIN elevators are really cool, it's amazing how they made that technology work with having to elevators on one elevator shaft.

That is a neat place. That is unfortunate that is not open to the public. You are popular so that is likely why you got invited. You usually don't see freight elevators serving multiple floors.

Such a great video! I did see a TKE with the same exact indicator and buttons on the Hydraulic Freight Elevator in the TKE Test Tower. The buttons are on WPI’s Campus in Worcester MA
