And I thought the Lyman lures are expensive!! The bat takes two to three muskie hits and they don't swim as good as they use to. They have the crazy crawler action but cost a little more. The horse hide lure looks more of a muskie bait lure than a bass bait. A 13 pound lead down rigging shark cannonball looks like the horse bait . Laughed a bit at the little guy reminding you of the baby chicks, pure classic entertainment 👍 👍 🇨🇦
I have enjoyed every single one of your videos and have learned much from you in them But, this one with your and cranky’s interaction had me literally crying as I was laughing so hard 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 Keep the great ideas coming and thank you for them Tightlines my fellow fishin fanatic🎣🎣🎣🎣🎣🎣
Here In Australia cod fishermen use lures like the bat one only they look like a budgerigar (parakeet) as well as the spider ones because basically if it is alive and falls out of a tree into the water a big Murray Cod will try to eat it
All I got to say is waw, those are some wild baits and the $1200.00 dollar one ya I think I might order me about 5 of those and go after some crappie. They grow big where I'm from 😁 Great video as always i really enjoy watching them. Thanks for the entertainment. Tight lines 🎣🎣
The spider lure would work just like a frog I'm geussing. It would work well here in Oz because we've got spiders that big and bigger. It looks a lot like a Cranka crab, which I've used for fishing around rock walls and reefs. I'm tempted to get a bat lure as there's a bat colony about half a mile from my house, with water under it. Apparently it's good fishing for mangrove snapper, but the smell is outrageous and there's parasites and guano dropping from the sky. The guy casting the 2.5lb lure was JonB from the Googan Squad. He does crazy stuff like that for splash value. It gets the clicks from the 14 year olds who never heard of Jimmy Houston or Bill Dance. He also has a 5' Rapala stick bait meant as a display, but he tried throwing it, because...reasons. "Riley! Kill!" bahahahahahahaha!
Excellent stuff! 🤣 I like the concepts of #1 and #5. Maybe I can alter a popper to emulate #1? What about a solar-energy-collecting bobber to charge a (#5) robotic swimming lure? It's just a thought.
I was fishing with my buddies lunkerhunt brand spider lure today and didn't get a single bite the fish were hitting bubbles on top of the water all around it but never would hit that dang lure.
Hey buddy, you’re pretty tech savvy. Do you think you could do a video on some homemade thermal camera set ups? I’m trying to figure out how to film an elusive animal at night and they can see the infrared light. Trying to figure out how to get an affordable thermal camera set up Outside. Let me know if you think it’s a possibility. Thanks for all your cool videos.
I just got #5 in the mail and will give it a try tomorrow when my son and I head to the lake to do some catfishing. I will report back if we catch anything with it
Het Ya'll short time listener just getti'n into fishing at age 58. What type of gear should start with especially since is like to eat what I catch, I live in SoCal so I'm relatively close to Surf & Inland Fishing? Know what I'm Say'in!
Hey you can get a phone app that will download them when you download that to the phone app. What hes saying in Japanese or Chinese whatever any language? It automatically read it back to you in english
i found the crazy lure #1 and bat lure i would like to send you these to but you will half to waite because the #1 lure is comming from japan thanks jeff
Man you outdid yourself Keith. Why dont you go get one of those $1200 lures, and be a good buddy and let a bunch of us try it for a while ? Thats the craziest thing ive ever seen. I always heard that fishing lures are meant to catch fishermen, and maybe a fish. Dont believe that, go to a store that sells lures, there aint that many fish living !!! Got a tip for your next video, film it when you buy one and show it to your wife -- youd probably set a record for views and pop knots on your head. God bless you snd your family, and yall stay safe on your travels.
The $1200 horsehide lure looks more like something that somebody with more money than brains would buy and mount on a wall with the rest of their trophies as a show off of their money. Love your videos, Keith. Keep up the good work. 😁
