This video was made to help guide new users through the CWP and it's expansive set of blocks. This isn't exhaustive but it makes for a great primer!

This is the kind of building I want vanilla SE to have, give players full customization of weapons instead of some Gatling spam and rockets :( so much potential

Thank you, glad you found it useful. I've had several people tell me they've found the number of blocks overwhelming in the past, so I figured walking through some of the contents would help since it's difficult to tell what's actually in the mod if you've not been following it from the start. Glad you liked it, I'm currently in exams season at university until the end of May, so I've had to put the progress on hold for that video. But once I have the time I'll be sure to start again, I've already got a decent amount of the prep work done ;)

I'm going to ask what is likely a silly question, but: how do you manage the recoil on the cannons in this pack? They seem to send even heavy block grids flying

The cannons in the CWP itself are more legacy blocks than anything, they're relics of 2017 SE when the weapons pack was a weapons pack and used simple code. Since then weaponcore and other scripts came about and AWG migrated his cannons to a weaponcore pack. Those have way more manageable recoil depending on the gun size and are much more balanced in all regards.

Is there a way you could upload this to xbox, maybe just the block models. I know thr weapons probably can't bc of scripts. But I'm tired of xbox mods not being good. Nobody give attention to small grid on xbox :/

Absolutely, these blocks are all airtight and the compact fuel and conveyor systems make it perfectly suited for spacecraft builds.

Nope, not this one. It is for AWG's Weaponcore Pack however, which is commonly used alongside the CWP.

You're either placing only half the cannon or weapons are turned off on your world

That would be neat and all, however that will likely never happen for a number of reasons. Not least for the fact that the framework the CWP was built for is completely incompatible with the console's. About 2-3000 hours of work went into developing this mod over the years, the author would have to make it from the ground-up again; because of this there are no plans to make this compatible with Xbox.

I've been planning one for a while, the current to-do list is: A guide on Autoloaders The Turret Guide The Guns and Armour Guide I hope to get the Autoloader guide out by the end of the month proving I can get my uni assignments done, and the others should follow in short order ;)

Due to numerous factors, (mainly because it's physically impossible for mods of this complexity to be ported without extensive rewrites due to the significant differences in code and mod policy between Xbox and PC version) no, I don't think it will.

No, never. Also the fact you say "someone" and not AWG is incredibly worrying as, coming from a personal friend of AWG's I can tell you he's put thousands of hours into this mod and if some nitwit ripped it off for Xbox he would be incredibly disheartened. As far as I'm aware, AWG never plans to go to Xbox too and I don't blame him.

Yes, as stated in the description, and is there really a difference? The CWP has literally 100s of blocks and is constantly evolving. Trying to make something definitive is pointless. I'd wager that the amount of hand-holding needed to do a full 'guide' as you imply would be an hour long, boring and needlessly insulting to the viewer's intelligence.
