Its not add as in attention deficit disorder its alcohol and drug dependancy i am a heroin addict and i used to shoot up and idk how many times i have felt like sailing away i felt just as this song says. But you cant grasp the emotional understanding of this song and feel the deep meaning it has unless you have suffered from it and fully understand what he is saying in the song.
