Had 3 ROUNDS.... Mentioning all AT ONCE. 1. What's Linux kernel 2. What's linux Shell 3. Why is #! Written in bash script 4. Types of shells 5. Can any user have root like permission, how to do it. 6. What is OS hardening 7. RAM monitoring tools in linux(6ways) 8. 1machine in INDIA and other machine in USA , if not able to do SSH.. what's the problem 9. What's VPC endpoint 10. Function of Router and Firewall.. also explain in layman terms 11. Examples of TCP and UDP 12. File named abc.txt. Even root is not able to delete it.. ( but believe me its not even lsattr, chattr, sticky bit) 13. Explain process of ssh 14. Server infrastructure or maintenance tools and process 15. INNOdb and MyISAM difference. 16. How to connect database 17. Few files provided and asked to write commands... Dont exactly remember the process! 😠😁 18. Process for LVM 19. Something related to resolve.conf 20. DNS process 21. Some chmod commands.. 22. Asked me how i reacted to different situation while i was involved in particular task. 23. Where did u lag 24. What's the thing that makes u proud and give an example 25. Different situation with Client and how would u react 26. What was your involvement in using EC2, RDS instance 27. What kind of bash scripts did u write.. (i know basic tasks and write any only acc. To requirement.. i am not any better bash scripts 😜) Also some more questions about networking... I am not able to recall!! And many questions on different situations at workplace and how u would do that... These were to know how is personality, behaviour, attitude of employees... All in all i was like 75% in my interview... At least i felt so... Last but not the least... Interviewer also asks to rate yourself.. i told 6/10 but stressed on improvement by self learning and by taking help of seniors... Also they ask you about future plans like u r going to do any skill enchantment course, why are u doing, what's all included in it....!! THESE ARE LIKE 80% QUESTIONS THAT I REMEMBER... I HOPE THESE WOULD SURELY HELP U IN PREPARATION... ALSO THANK LOKI SIR FOR HIS VALUABLE VIDEOS.... FINALLY I RECEIVED THE OFFER LETTER😃 2 DAYS AFTER MY 3rd round... Won't be able to mention company.. but its a reputed MNC..😜 That's all I can say!!!!!
