if you use fusion pro, take a second gear kit to slow down and 13/14 pignon to have a good punch. But shaft is 3.175 ... and pignon M1 is 5mm ... so to have to take a adaptor to put a right pignon. Another great option is mambaX with Castle Motor ... but is ... too expensive for me 😂
Hey mate,how did you mount the stock pinion gear to shaft if Fusion motor is 3mm shaft,and stock Spektrum motor was 5mm,aftermarket pinion or some shim?
Thx,can you just tell me how fast vs stock spektrum motor with same gear setup is that fusion pro 2300 on 3s,i want to build more controlable vehicle but wonder if bouncing speed capabilites will be limited due to motor?
@@heric.4428 It will never be as fast as the Spektrum combo. 130A of esc... it's not the 60 of the fusion. But I assure you that you make some leaps. Especially if you put a two-speed gearbox on it. It is better to have a smaller pinion. I use a 14T instead of the 17T.
