I think the furitek system would benefit from an external bec or direct power servo set up. So you don't have brown outs.

It absolutely would. The full size servos really hurt this thing.

Is the rear steering independent of the front steering? I'm disappointed with the AX24 and lack of steering control for the rear. Very nice aesthetic choices, I was thinking purple would look good with the gold panels too.

Thanks! These are the 110mm. I think they're too big though. I went back to the Proline class 1's which are around 104mm.

Good timing! No, I don't think it is. It has great mid/high end power, but cogs all over the place at low speed. I am (still) having a lot of troubles getting it dialed in and I am at the point where I may put it back to stock.

Yes it is worth going brushless. He just has only tested furitek setup which has issues. I am running Holmes/Mamba micro setup with the included BEC and 4ws. No cutting out, no cogging, no issues! Plenty of power and smooth! I ripped my furitek out quick and it’s just sitting.

i would like to ask some questions. i got a modified traxxas4 that is basically like the capra you show here invluding the chasy. i would like to know how the four wheel steering is set up and if you can steer separatley or if the wheels always go in round mode. if you can steer independetly how would i need to wire and chanel everything? any help would be great :) thank you.

This is currently set up with truly independent steering. I use a dial on my radio to operate the rear wheels. I use a radiomaster mt12, but had the same functionality with a flysky gt5 radio

would you mind sharing details? i got mine used. actually my mechanic built it from scratch but i think there is room for improvement as i would like to steer independently. i already have diff locks. front, back and both at once. if you do not mind - again - 😅 i‘d connect with you in pm of some sort and show you pics of my rig and radio. i didn‘t RC crawl until now but have a nitro pulse by HPI and a Eü year old Gröschl Marder that works still fine. i do own also a 1993 jeep so i‘d say i am a little familiar with tech but do not have a great routine. any help on this would be greatly appreciated. :) thank you for your first reply also. :)

They are huge. I cannot seem to find a good tire for this thing. I ended up putting the Proline class 1's back on this afternoon. Those seem to be a nice size at 4.1
