:D It's just a toy! and if I had a real 1:1 version I'd probably do the same! Look at it this way, all I did was break the axle housing 12$ I straightened the axle... so I was only out an hour and 12 bucks for my acts of heroics! I will return to the track, I'm set up for foff now and have a much lower center of gravity, amongst other things lol Thanks for watching! much more destruction planned for this year... plus there's a TF2 or 2 in the mix.
Well looks like ya had fun. I'm running stock esc with 15t motor. No where near your speed but I break stuff all the time. Lol as long as ya had fun that all that matters brotha. Ride on!
@1972bmac Yeah, kinda... that cross-over jump was sorta unforgiving too, and that was my first time on a real track. If you watch my Losi vids I'm starting to suck less at the track but I'm still mediocre at best.
@speedweigand I was surprised it did as well as it did on the track, to be totally honest about it, when they called it a rock racer, they didnt really have this in mind :P and no, the crossover wasn't forgiving at all.. and it was more than 10' lol. during racing it was never really a problem though, worked out pretty well .
@Blankanwser Dear Mr. Whomadeyouropinionmatter, If the Wraith is for crawling then why did my box say "Rock Racer"? Crawling is not normally a race, there is the Ultra4 King of the Hammers series, they top out at @140mph... hardly crawling. I like to think of the Wraith as a scaler, and just so happens my scaler plays short course truck on Wednesdays. I don't see it being much different than guys racing Broncos and Jeeps in the 70's Baja 500's... ...btw I have probably 10 VXL crawlin vids :D
***** just dusted my emaxx off after a good 4 years. It's a bone stock roller. There to weak to have any fun with stock. It's just the twin 550 titan brushed. It's a sad sight, NiMH batteries, brushed motors stock everything. I want to upgrade it. Any suggestions?
stefan barr I don't really know much about the E-Maxx's but I'd start with some lipos and a brushless setup, then just start upgrading what breaks. Thanks for watching!
