This review is great. It shows clearly how much room a shooter gets when holding the frame. This frame looks very small but it does give a shooter enough room to hold it firmly and securely...

Yeah, it definitely is on the smaller side. In fact, I think it’s the smallest frame in the whole SimpleShot lineup. But I own a couple and I have average size hands. I wear a large glove, and it’s just enough. With nothing to spare, but I tell you, it’s a fun shooter. And it’s very small and easy to carry around. It’s definitely one I’d give a try!

Did you try it with thicker bands over 0.7mm? Do you think this frame will work well with thicker and heavier bands?

@@sf2998 the thickest I have used with mine is a .6. I think the frame can shoot heavier set ups but is more suited for like a .5 or .4 thickness of band. The thicker you go the more you’re gonna wanna lean on your lanyard for support but overall I think this frame can take most set ups.

@@sf2998 if you do want to shoot, heavier band set up with this frame, I would probably lean towards the pro series version. The added weight helps.

I found my grip points and used hockey tape to give them girth, because I have larger hands. I didn't like it initially, but it's now my hiking go-to. Keep up the good work, CV!

I love that little slingshot and have not had any trouble shooting it. I use a 22-14 .5 taper and an 18-10.45 taper with 3/8 and 1/4 ammo. It feels great in my hand and great fun.

Use "3M Vetwrap" (or Chinese clone) to wrap the frame to provide more friction for your grip. It's an elasticized bandage which adheres to itself. Sometimes horse trainers/vets will wrap an animal's joints with it as a stabilizer. Amazon is your friend.

Thanks for the Tipps can! I always shooting with hunting bands and think this have a lot of power but I am hit nothing. 0.45 or 0.50 sumeike and thinks change I hit targets thanks all what I want, with the heavy hunting bands I can kill a crocodile but not little targets.

Hey after watching you i went out and got one! I will change my bends , you are right. i shoot tourqe simle-shot with looped toopes its gonna take used to shooting flat bands. Thank you for another great video. iam gonna make some coffee and test drive your slingshot what you say?

Currently the frame will come with two sets of bands. It will also come with some clay ammo and steel ammo as well.

Is the axiom champ strong enough to hunt with?

That is a very good question. Typically I would tell anyone that any frame can be used for hunting. This one however, is one you’ll have to just try. I know it works really well with a lighter set up but to be very honest I haven’t put anything heavy on it to test it. I may do it this weekend and get back to you.

@@tomt8915 I think you’re talking about the difference between the Scout XT and the Scout LT. The major difference being the Scout XT is larger. Other than that they are very similar in design. Not exact but similar.

"Pockable"? Did you drop your 'et" somewhere on your property? Can't use a metal detector to find an "et" anymore, they're not ferrous since the Chinese started to produce them.
