... pfft. Well, I found a way to get the Turbine Pulse after the flying thing is gone. If you jump, up teleport, and shoot the drone cannon up under the ledge the flying thing would've taken you to, you can teleport switch with it and snag the ledge with the grapple, then swing into the gap. If you're an idiot like me and miss the turbine the first time through, lol.
I'd imagine there being ways to do things out of order. I did the guide in "intended" order. Don't beat yourself up on the Turbine, it's not that easy to find haha.
Had to do the same thing. I swear i launched my drone at that thing a few times and i guess it was the wrong angle because it didnt take me to that area
Well their location is heavily randomized. You will only be able to reach them with the end game tools, lile the red coat. They are hidden within "hard" pocket dimensions (the secret worlds, where ur screens goes all streamlines). So u first need to find those secret world, then u need to have luck to find the hard one, then u need to get into the pocket dimension (wich can prove rathet difficult) and then u need to get through the pocket dimension, to ypur file specific gun. There is a pool of 4 guns that may spawn for u. It is impossible to get all of the secret guns in one safe file, since only one hard pocket dimension will spawn per safe file.
On the "roof" of the room you can see Sudran written in there! You have to manually translate the Sudran to English (by cross referencing the notes you have in Sudran which you can translate with the REVEAL-SUDRAN password) to get the password.
The guide is on the Steam (PC) version so I'm not exactly sure how other platforms handle it. However I find it difficult for it to be different. Did you get the passcode tool? That item is needed for you to enter those codes. Go through my steam guide to see where it is (Upgrade #8 on walkthrough video #4).
