Just wanted to give everyone a quick update on this bike! I’ve already done a few simple mods and currently have it going from 18mph to 30mph! Stay tuned for a video! Waiting on a few parts to come in to get this thing running great!
Put a torque converter on it. That'll get your speed closer to 40mph. I have 3 mini bikes. They're fun to build and mod. I didn't realize Lowes was selling them now.

All that is, is a Coleman CT200U-EX with springs under the seat and a different paint job to make it look like carbon fiber and they're calling it an Axis!

im gonna be getting one of these soon. the only experience with mini bikes was some real tree rt100. i weight 125 and im 5'8. it was small for me. had no power. i hope this new minibike will be an upgrade lol
I have the same one, the reason yours is capping out at 18mph is probably because you bought it that day or that was your first time riding it and didn't do the break in process, mines currently stock for now and it caps at 25mph all because of that process and oiling the clutch, and chain.
I'm here for the mini bike content, does axis have a website, I like the seat and headlight. Both look like they will fit on a Coleman bt200x also like the fenders. I have a moded bt200x goes 53 mph up hill.though I have been through 3 gas tanks the half's of the stamped tank keep separating. How wide is the seat?
Hey how much oil needs to be in one of these I unscrewed the oil cap to check to see how much oil was in it or any at all since I just bought it and the oil was pouring out of it and when I first took it for a spin the muffler box was a little Smokey
I would drain that immediately and replace with new oil. If there is smoke at the exhaust then it would only have two paths to which it would travel to the top of the piston and flow out of the exhaust valve. It's probably not forcing itself past the rings which would mean it is traveling back in through the head.

Also if you want, I can tell you the cell phone holder I got, which is better than the one you got, because you can mount it in the center of the handlebars, and it's strong and has a locking mechanism that stops your phone from being able to fall out.
well that was a different video from you! I would definately like to see what you do with this. (side note caution tip) I'm sure you are aware of this but please make sure you open doors when you run gasoline powered vehicles.
No, but if you put insurance, tail and brake lights and depending on what state you may have to put turn signals and of course you need running lights and then tag it , it would then would be legal for most states
