Do that weather station cause shadow on PVs? Additionally i think that managing with only 1 motor has some risks of operation, in case of any fault

You are right about the risk of fault in case only one motor is used but it saves a lot of money and effort to put many small motors. Just keep one additional motor in stock for addressing no motor faults. Rest it needs just timely lubrication and greasing of bearing rotating the panels mounting poles.

you need Damper absorber to avoid wave movement (Damper absorber without spring F=0) F=0 cuz we dont need to make force on bra its just for killing movement
