Ayam Goreng Berempah马来香料炸鸡，特出香味脆口好吃非常完美🍗香吖
材料：四个鸡腿，1勺黄姜粉，1勺大茴粉 ，1勺芫茜粉，2勺咖喱粉，1勺辣椒粉，2勺玉米淀粉，2勺粘米粉，1颗蛋，少许蜜糖，1勺盐，3根咖喱叶
酱泥材料：姜，4支香茅，半颗洋葱，3颗红葱头，3瓣蒜
做法 ：
1）将鸡肉块和所有的材料搅拌均匀，腌制3小时或以上
2）热油锅，用中火炸鸡块至金黄色，约10分钟
3）炸好的鸡肉和香料松丝一起捞起沥干油份
4）趁热享用，那些香料松丝可香脆得很，千万别丢掉哦！
