acutally it is because they took scenes from 4.5 and put it before volume 3 events, made horikita the main female character and put her in a scene where it had ichinose in it instead and tried to force horkita x ayankouji and had Arisu before she was really introduced

Yes this monologue, years ago when i saw this anime this is all it took for me to just dive into the novel of this series this was just epic, that time it was on vol 9 and now it's on v16 or more specifically Year 2 Vol 5, Ngl those who haven't read the novel should do it just go for it u will have a wonderful time reading it.
Fact : in the light novel, this happened when he was holding horikita after she got unconscious on the island. He said « for ur effort and determination I will tell u something » then this. BUT On the boat she did come to meet him at the same place, and they formed a pact stating that he would help to get in class A if she don’t pry into his private life. (If u remember the moment when it was raining in the anime and he said « don’t pry into my private life », yeah they moved this scene too.)
@@ForeverBroken9 the director twised a lot changed the main female character, gave her a role that belongs to ichinose (when kiyotaka talked to class C thugs about sudo) introduced Arisu, have scene from 4.5 in volume 3 events and gave horikita Kei's role also forced horkita x Kiyotaka relationship

it can have up to 6 to 7 seasons as it pretty follows the novel pretty much same apart from somethings swapped and it does around 2 volumes at a season if they turned all the volumes so far into seasons it be the best anime in history
Actually this give me chills because in 1 season we didn't get to know much about the mc and that isolated place with so many plot twist give me a headache

Finally the anime that represents me, the MC that is literally my ideal self. A cool and silent type kind of guy. My friends don't understand when I become silent type, and always 50% in quiz scores. They don't know my full ability and they don't realize how of a genius I really am. I only see as people as tools and nothing else. I wish I was in anime world where I can express who I truly am. Well in the context the ankme is about students that will one day be at the top of the government so the one who shows the most merit in this school will "win" because they'll be guaranteed whatever position they want but I get what you mean the speech by itself doesn't make sense without the context but I could be wrong
Anyone who wants to read the LN start from Volume 4. I personally suggest you reread 1-3 tho as the anime skipped and changed quite a few things as well to help refresh your memory. Believe me when I say Classroom of the Elite is one of the best stories told in animanga period.

Ayanokouji's English voice acting is even better than the original (as someone who reads a light novel, I can say that it fits his true personality better).
If this anime ever gets a new season it must have a remake cause the anime is so rushed it should be 24-30 episodes they skipped alot and change some of the important scenes like how ayanokoji is getting 50's on his entrance test

Realistically speaking Ayanokoji is smarter than Lelouch but Lelouchs power makes it not matter anyways. Light was really not very bright as well as super childish at times.
