In the traditional and customary laws of Asanteman, Otumfoɔ is a King maker in Sampa Chieftaincy issues, hence the royal family recognized that when they took the issue to Manhyia. No court can change that. The only thing Dormaahene could do to help Sammor Duah is to forcefully gazette Sammor Duah by any means (which has failed) or delay the gazette process for Sangba Gyafla, which is now in court. But Dormaahene is not a King maker in Sampa. So we know how this is going to end😅.

No matter how Dormaahene is the chief and the RU-vid saying about the Dormaa District hospital. In my opinion I will advice Dormaahene no matter how the district hospital conditions are back. The old hospital can be renovated /painted bring back to its glory now in my opinion I say Dormaahene and Dormaa's can use the old hospital for Mental and OldPeople/Care of the Elderly Centre. The new hospital that will be built can be used for OPD/Main Hospitals /Wards/Maternity/etc. When we came to England some wards in the past was built with Galvanised sheets and very warm inside water hot/cold/toilets/kitchen :dining room and sitting rooms gardens the old folks beg the government instead of knocking the galvanised wards down the elderly will like to live in them. Until the New Hospital with fresh amenities all added to the new block of the hospital wards.
This will be the time court will declare the truth but not who otumfour have choosing…let this be clear to you guys,,,otumfour don’t enstool chief in Sampa ooo…I don’t know why you guys think so…the fact that otumfour gave sampa manhene doesn’t mean otumfour choice a person to be sampa hene..
