hey guys, its mental heath awareness day
i just want to give a massive shout out to those who are fighting the fight not everyone can see the fight that is within ones self and sending my love and support to those who can not fight no more
i just had to make a little video with my best friend because this is someone who has first hand seen me rise and fall and believe it or not fall again even deeper than i could ever get out myself back/out from, i thank God but this video is to advice to inspire and i really really do hope and pray this video encourages someone somewhere to speak out , to seek help and do know a better day is coming
