Grammy was clueless but Ayra will have longevity because her talent speaks for itself. Her music is very authentic African and not RnB. She's also a very good songwriter. The most complete artist in Africa and the new queen of afrobeats. Grammy should never be allowed to dictate what afrobeats should sound like; neither should they push for American/western washed afrobeats
Agreed. She has the appearance of a goddess decended directly from the heavens onto our deeply troubled planet to bless the world with her mesmerizing voice and beautifully soulful music.
the confident exudes even more because she is speaking like a normal Nigerian without trying to fake an American or European accent. You can see how free she is..
No lie I am not going to lie. This Babe is talented and her music is affirmations that blossom in your brain and in your soul, she definitely has longevity. I pray the industry will keep her well.
Always be Happy of Africa because Africa is not what you watch in your Brazilian TV Because it always Negative because Africans don’t control Brazil so you will never see anything good about African. You have to come to Africa and see how developed it is.
@@JustinDraco nope,Fela kuti did Ghanaians created afro highlife music which Fela took a hint of the highlife sound to complete the afrobeats sound soo yahhh
Whether you like it or not, Black is beautiful. I mean just look at her, her posture, the way she talks, and everything about her. I’m from Tanzania 🇹🇿 and I appreciate my Afrikanism
"..even though it's sad, even though it's slow, you're gonna dance...it's just high vibrational music!" She couldn't have said it better about African Music... shout out her!
I have danced and listed to her song Rush for the last 2 years and, man, this is my first time ever seeing this woman… I didn’t know she looked like this 😢 She’s stunning, and I am in love 😔
My respect to the interviewer, having worked with Americans on phone, they don't understand my Nigerian accent no matter how hard I try to feign an American accent. This chick understood every word Arya said with great questions too.
My favorite girl I love how confident she is she's not over the top not too much sexual songs she's organically herself truly talented and a true classy gorgeous woman and to me she was the real Grammy winner 🏆🏆🏆she's so grateful for the little things shes sooooo perfect in my eyes my Ayra is number 1👑👑👑🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆
African music has taken over yes. Tell bad bunny to shut up. It’s crazy she mentioned her voice making people cry because i came here after wanting to cry after listening to commas 😭 she’s so classy too to credit the people on her team with bringing out the best in her
The energy and chemistry in this interview is so contagious! You ladies are both beautiful and talented. Ayra is so talented and such a vibe! Ayra and Tyler must be sisters in another world.😊 You have represented Africa soooo well.👏🏾 Much love from Uganda.🇺🇬
Yaaaas gurl! African music is truly going global. I live in Canada they're playing our music on their radio stations, every time i hear that i go crazy lol I'm just so proud of you gurl and our pioneers in Afrobeats!❤
She is a raw talent. The first time l heard Bloody Samaritan, didn’t know she sang it! She’s here to stay, she’s lyrical and she really dances not just twerking.
Love her down, amazing sound and unique voice. Also shoutout to this interviewer! She was very professional and asked some very good questions. That room was straight love.
So true .she was Rob of the grammy. But life goes on. She is so beautiful and humble .congrat Ayra .we love you .keep up the good work.. i am so inspired by you. ❤❤❤.
She wasn't robbed. 'Water' by Tyla did better than all African songs in the USA, it got to #7 on billboard hot 100, Ayra's Rush didn't even get to #99, Water had more airplay, more streaming. The West bought into Water more then Rush, I prefer Rush. Just like now I prefer 'Commas' but America might prefer 'Truth or dare'.
@@africanstar5814how the hell did it do better? Rush had over a billion views globally, almost doubled “water”. It represented African music unlike the other girl with her westernized pop song. Didn’t deserved it and only won it because it was more of a familiar song to their ears because it was fully English
@@ugonnafrancis1789 310 millions views on RU-vid, 484 million views on RU-vid music, 340 million views on Spotify and that’s just on these 3 platforms. I think you’re trash
I love Ayra's vibe, her confidence, her feminine energy. She so girly and seductive. I like that she's so unapologetically Nigerian. I wonder if she understands how attractive that is. God the Grammys made a huge mistake
