ife360TV Naturally Hello... May I please reach you via email? Have tried Ayurvedic Mask & have add adverse reaction. Not an allergic reaction. My hair has done the complete opposite of what it was supposed to do. Have used henna in the past by itself w/o any issues. Mixing w/ other Ayurvedic herbs is where the problem seems to lie. I need help. Need questions answered. Want to see if hair will go back to its prior state b4 I have to cut it all off. It's been growing 1.5 yrs and is armpit length. I don't want to lose all of my progress. Please reach out to me. I hope to hear back from you soon with your email address or I can give mine and you can just reply to my email. Whatever is easiest. I just need help. Thanking you in advance. GOD BLESS!
I always reuse my powders by blending everything including the fenugreek seeds then keeping it in a storage container in my fridge. I then add that little power pack into my weekly deep conditioner.
You need to register your recipes so nobody can steal them and make money with your recipes you have very good recipes the awesome take care God bless you
I love shea butter! Also, this is a great recipe! The natural homemade coconut oil omg if I had the time I will make some myself! I believe you would have gotten better benefits from using your infused oil instead of the leftover powder. All of the good stuff that was in your herbal powders are now a part of your oil infusion especially if it has been infusing for more than a month. The longer the oil infusion the better the results! BTW, for better results put your oil & herb mixture in sunlight. Place on the window sills. Doing this will speed up the oil infusion process. ❤️
Yes it will speed up because of warmth...but i learned somehwere that warmt and specialy sunlight will also degrade the quality of the oil...that oils should never be kept in sunlight. i used to keep oil in my kitchen window for easy reach but now there in a cubboard. And my cheap sunfower oil thats in a light plastic bottle doesnt go stale anymore. Thats imho why quality oils are mostly sold in dark bottles. Like my olive oil Even curly proverbs who said to put it in the sun also says that oils in dark bottles are more potent and higher in quality.. kinda contradicts.. be patient and let it infuse over time would be my advise. But every body has an oppinion on everyting untill they they learn someting else and spread and preach that.. so i might be wrong... idk... look it up and use common sense. Be blessed and i hope i didnt came on to strong and direct Kind regards rose
I have been adding the left over powers for a while. I hate wasting so I decided "What the heck put them in other things". I put them in my leave-in conditioner, deep conditioner and mix them with my hair grease. My hair and scalp LOVE THEM. My hair is growing so beautifully and is super moist. My hair was in a growth rut and this has totally changed it. Thanks for the video. I curios to see if you and others get the same results.
YAY for repurposing the powders!! I did the same thing with my mango butter blend hair cream...I just could not see me throwing out all that delicious goodness! Thank you for sharing!!
Can't use Shea. I do use mango butter in place of it. Also I decided to do a mud wash cuz my hair had build-up from the powders that were slow to wash out. My hair was clean and soft. Next time I'm gonna add the powders to the mud. The mud gets my hair cleaner than a standard shampoo, cleaner than the powders. Can't wait to share my results.
Hi Ife, I'm subscribed but have watched only a few times so far. OMG! You are amazing. I thought Curly Proverbs was extra but you've got her beat. I've been buying a lot of ayurveda products on Amazon. As you probably know one can get almost anything on there so I have a lot. Next, I need to get involved in making the recipes. A small frustration is that I may have the oil when the recipe calls for the powder version. For example, I'm using Aloe Vera gel for prepoo, but then a recipe may call for the juice or the powder instead and I feel like I need to buy the exact form of the product since I don't know how to substitute. Other than this I'm excited about this phase of my natural hair care journey. My hair grows VERY slowly but I have had to vastly improve my consumption of water. I'll drink juice or tea, but have to focus on water because I tend to forget. The other reasons for slow growth is my autoimmune disorder and my age. But, thankfully I know this and I'm no quitter. I've very dedicated to my hair care regimen and I'll keep keeping on. Thank you so much for all you do. Your sharing of info is priceless.
Hello i read your comment and 1 i wish you strenght love and support and i hope you have a handle on the autoimmune diseas. My best friend has a few autoimune diseases. she had one since 13 and somehow 1 can lead to others idk how but yeah shes still fighting to keep a normal life. So i wish you balance support and lots of strenght. And a good dockter 😅 Thats key. And 2 how is your hair now agyer 4 months of adding these herbs to your hair care? did it help the growth strenght thickness? I ask becuase her body cant absorb the nutriens from food and wondering if direct application on the hair works. And if the scalp and hairfolicles can profit from it and absorb and get healtier. I hope im not invading your privacy or bieng to direct. Kind regards rose
ife360TV Naturally My hair continues to love it. I use the oil and butter every couple of days for moisture! My edges are growing back in just a month. Your channel has been a blessing ✨
Oh yes I’m waiting to n an order from Amazon to make a Shea butter mix and I’m definitely was going to add some hair growth herbal oil to it along with some chebe powder. I’m thinking of adding some beeswax but if feeling iffy about it gonna do some research on it
Wow...love..love the idea of using the infused powder residue from the oil mix!! 👍👍👍👍👏👏👏👏I have some that's been soaking for a while! I use to hate throwing it away..thanks for sharing sis !! ❤️🌸
Guuuuuuurrrrl, I have some powders left over from my oil. i typically used it in my deep conditioner but this is a game changer, I will definitely be adding it to my whipped shea butter. Thanks sistren!!
I watch a lot of CurlyProverbs video. She said to toss the left over powders after 4 weeks from oil infusion . What do you think about that? I heard you say yours had been infusing for 2 months.
Timetrae I had my infusion longer than that and it doesn't smell rancid, I keep it in a dark bottle away from any sunlight. I made another batch a week ago, now that I've seen this, I'm going to let mines marinate for months and see if I get that black gold! 👍👍👍👍👍
Timetrae Love Curlyproverbs channel. If there isn’t any water in your infused oils. It should be good for quite a while longer. I’ve had oil infusions for past 2 months. I really should right dates on the bottle. 😬
Can’t you add vitamin E oil as a preservative? That is what I will be doing. I’m still asking around how long can you leave Curly Proverbs oil on the scalp. No one has answered me lol 😌 I don’t know why I’m being ignored!
First of all, 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽. I love this recipe and will definitely be making it but how did I miss your diy coconut oil video? I’ll look for that one. Do you know about Ziziphus Spina Christi? It’s an Ayurvedic herb that’s good as a cleanser/shampoo. If you know it, can you do a video on it please? Thank you 🤗🤗
Marmelder good call! I have recently started using Sedr and I've blended mine with rhassoul & bentonite clay but I would like to diversify on the hair treatments with this herb as well.
FroNegrita oooh! Someone actually uses it!! What do you think of it? Is it very hard to wash out of your hair? Does your hair seem thicker from it? I’m a high porosity, medium density, 4a-4b hair type. Im afraid of it “sticking” to my curls but still I’m going to try it soon. I just really wanted to hear from anyone who knows anything about it.
I don't use Ziziphus Spina Christi, not in my hair at least! I did a quick google search and realised that I eat this all the time, ever since I've been living in China! It's called jujube and in Chinese it's Zǎo, it's just red dates and I am addicted to these when they are in season!!
Hey there, late to the party. I have used ziziphus spina christi as a wash. I use a mix of flaxseed and marshmellow root to give it slip and I don't have any issues washing it out. Also mixing it really really well helps.
You can use less powders in your Shea butter it you think it might get stuck in your hair. So far it's ok! Also bentonite Clay wash removed all the powders.
