@@Iamjohnsmithindia he never overloads a video with lots of contents which makes it difficult to understand.. he like to keep it simple. He may make some other video in the future to explain it.. and many research of present days is already written in ancient scriptures of Ayurveda.. we believe it only when we get statements by "scientists" through their "research paper".. that's the sad truth. Our ancient Indians were faaaar more educated than present scientists.. so never underestimate the statements made in Ayurveda.

Even if it’s written in Ayurveda there is always some backing statement to justify its validity, you can’t take everything at it’s face value just because it’s written somewhere.

It's true we shouldn't follow everything blindly, here it depends on how you follow what is written in Ayurveda, rest the choice is yours :) Stay Healthy.

As a foreign mother living in India, I have been really interested in Ayurveda for its health benefits for quite some time. I have begun some practices at home with the help of great videos such as yours! In my native Japan, we too have the health practice of drinking plain water at room-temperature or slightly warm, first thing in the morning. I have been doing this for over ten years and it greatly helps my system and overall efforts to stay in shape. However, I have not tried a copper vessel, so I will be trying that from now on! Thank you for sharing your valuable tips. :)

@Pavithra Mao Hello! yes of course, I tried Ayurveda for the first time back in 2013 actually, on my first visit to India, and regularly use many Ayurvedic products, especially for cosmetics/skincare etc. as it really suits me. I guess I have my husband to thank for introducing me to his country's healthy practices. :)

I was kind of skinny as a kid and early teens and almost my adulthood and people body shammed me that I need to put some weight, get some fat... I was healthy, i was not ailing, but this body shamming literally affected me. I started feeling less confident. I kind of went into my own shell. Later after mrg and having a baby, I became heavy. It was the postpartum weight and it will anyways shed after one year, but the same people who called me skinny came to me and said about losing weight and that i should be fit. I literally laughed at such people. So guys, if any one who has faced issues like me, do remember if you are fit and healthy mentally and physically, you dont have to worry. Please don't fall prey to body shaming. Just stay confident and healthy for yourself. Cuz its about you not people around you.

You have nailed it. Exactly, it is a fat loss routine. Some people may start to feel and become weak with this plan but of course, it may help someone to lose fat or may be even weight, but I am sure the person is going to start feeling weak as well (along with resting metabolism going down). My view is that, a good balance in macro food (carb, protein and fat) is very important with calorie deficiency is a great way to lose weight sustainably.

@@sheelarai4041 The only precaution I would recommend after the 6 weeks Is to start with your normal diet slowly. Don't go crazy by completely switching from this diet to what you used to eat in the past. For example after the 6 weeks, in the first week you can add lentils and eggs to your diet, then in the week after you can start adding some more oil in your food and so on. Give your body some time to make the switch to your normal diet. You can also follow Vivek's diet throughout your life, but instead of following it the entire day, you can eat 1 meal a day which you love. Don't go too extreme.

To all those wanting to loose weight.. Just try intermittent fasting for 16 hours + 1.5 hours of daily exercises.. I tried this in mid July.. I was 77.8 then...Lost 8 kgs by September...After that I didnt do any exercise for 1 month n currently am weighing 67.3 kgs.. All thanks to IF+ regular exercises..It works wonder..🔥

@@gnananivethitham223 yes as mentioned by the other user, IF stands for Intermittent Fasting where u daily fast for minimum16 hours straight without eating anything.. More the fast, more better for u...Ur main goal is to cutdown the calorie intake.. So avoid taking everything for 16 hours except water, green tea, black coffee, black tea that to without sugar.. Cut down sugar as much as u can as that is the primary reason of ur belly fat.. Just try this for 2 months daily without any failure with 1.5 hours of resistance as well as cardio exercises..My promise ull be a completely changed person.. just 60 days of dedication for ur transformation.. Include salads in ur diet and fibre rich food as these will be ur best companion throught this fat loss journey.. Also u can download apps from Google Play named 'Loose Belly Fat'.. Hi sir I used to follow most of your guidance when i was in India. I really need your guidance here , since the day i landed in Canada it been very hard for me to follow one balanced cycle in terms of diet as well as healthy routine . I have gained so much weight as well as having so many health issues such as hair fall , skin issues and digestive problems. Due to stress and anxiety i am not able to maintain my self well. But Sadhguru mentioned in one of his recorded conversations, that honey with hot water is poisonous.Water should be, 'luke warm'. You added honey in hot tea... Do check. It's available on RU-vid. Anyway, Thank you for great tips and good content. 👍

I think most people, including myself, prefer 'hot' tea, not just warm. Even if the water is not on gas, but is Hot, then you never know, whether the 'honey' in it, is safe or has become toxic.. Rest your wish. Anyway, nice chatting with you.

If you are a vegetarian please reconsider following this diet, I did this for 4 months(probably should have stopped at 6 weeks) I did lose a lot of weight but because of this I developed vitamin deficiency and had to take medical aid, I will not blame this video entirely I should have stopped when I felt tired all day when I was following this. if you are a vegetarian you might be suffering from vitamin deficiency already and following this might increase it, so please don't follow it blindly

I used to have breakfast after drinking two glasses of warm water in the morning for 15 minutes, followed by 5 minutes after drinking aloe vera and amla juice, 1 hour after dinner, cycling and playing badminton 15 minutes after dinner.

But jab maine cut kiya too bottle ka pura khali tha or pump me bottle me koi connection nahi tha means...pump me or cream ke bich ek chota sa space tha jisme cream tha or pura bottle ka lenth bas dikhane ke liye scam tha....mai ye aapko iss liye bata rahi hu kyuki maine aapke channel pe dekh ke purchase kiya tha.. please aap meri baat ko concern me lijye or khud try krke dekh lijye
