The poppy pods make a sound when shaken, just like a rocking human. The poppy pods resemble a human head. Poppy seeds are gray in color. The cells responsible for Parkinson's disease are the gray cells in the brain. Poppy seeds contain plenty of omega 3, which is beneficial for the brain. I am not qualified to say that the cure for Parkinson's disease is hidden in the poppy plant, but I have the courage to dream.
Dr., I read somewhere and understand you have already given treatment for osteoporosis and was able to overcome. I would like to know how to treat my osteoporosis. My bone density is -3.6 and I am 66 years old. I also have thyroid, T3 is 2.36 and TSH 0.018. Pls help.
Very informative video sir. Thanks a lot. My grandfather also suffered the same syndrome and I can understand its bad effects. But yes dietary changes and herbal medicines can give you relief because this is what my daddu did. Although it was difficult still he followed the diet plan and Medicines strictly advised by Planet Ayurveda. and Now he is way better and getting relief from his worse symptoms. I’m not sure. That Caraka begins the section on therapeutics - chikitsasthana - with rasayana, doesn’t that mean rasayana (e.g. high amounts of haritaki and amalaki as well as numerous herbs and complete change in diet) to restore ideal functioning, smooth and even operation of tissues, dhatusamya (e.g ideal weight should be restored for all conditions) is always primary method of therapeutics ?
I think the proper interpretation of classical Ayurveda is a complete and fundamental change in one’s diet for all conditions. Unfortunately such is not the way of modern Ayurveda.
Ashwagandha cancels the effect of the Parkinson's medication like levodopa carbidop. I tried giving it to my husband but as soon as he takes ashwagandha his muscles rigidity becomes worse and waking becomes so hard.
