My sugesstion if they produce Adhar card in Hospitals inculding govt and prvt, they to accept this very simple method 70 years above compulsory they take adharcard.

You mentioned that if your name is there in beneficiary list then only you can get the benefit but when all citizen above 70 are eligible irrespective of income class then why this question of beneficiary list? If the name of person aged above 70 is not in such list then what he or she should do to include the name?

Still guidelines for 70 plus age group people are not clear, in some states...order has bkt been issued by state government. It seems there will be other norms as many 70 plus won't have ration card etc.
