I think with Zumba it's mostly about stamina. I mean, yeah, you're following steps, but the challenge is to get through it. As a dancer and idol, I think Ireh is conditioned with great stamina so even for a first timer she was able to accomplish it. If she goes regularly and is familiar with the routine, it'll probably not be as big of a challenge given her ability. I bet a good portion of feeling tired the first time was learning on the fly and taking a bunch of unnecessary steps in the process. So if she got down the various choreo it'd be old hat for her. (still challenging, no doubt, but she'll have a dancer's advantage)

That's a great idea for content. Really fun to watch!
