I took left hand once, then the first pill i got after that was a gulp pill, (it was unidentified when I used it), then the game started giving me tons of keys. I never took the left hand ever again. This game is... it's in the code I swear. It was intended to be like that.

@@stary_kartofel2137 Yeah, mate, I know what you mean. Last game, earlier today, skipped 99xBombs item on first floor(played as Isaac,rerolled it(Edit: new item was Mulligan)) and I was getting at least 3 tinted rocks per floor and 0 bombs up until Womb II. But, in a weird way, I think this adds to the appeal of the game.

Can we all appreciate the great editing in these videos? The little snapshots of gameplay when he isn't talking, the well-timed closeups, the visual gag at 12:34, all of these make these much more fun to watch than a regular letsplay even if it must take a ton of time to edit. Also, Hutts, planetariums have a greater chance to show up if you skip an item room, so Antibirth streakers like Olexa skip the first item room to get a 70% chance a planetarium will eventually show up on a run.

Not only does Mongo Baby copy other families, but it has double damage and tear rate. That makes him one of the best tear shooting families. With BFF he deals 14 damage per tear.
