Great Frameless Windows of course. First thing I noticed again. It's a really slick feature. I saw another feature I like a lot. Roller Shades. When I see, what some call Small features, these things I think it's great. For example real quick. When I see an R.V. that looks like Rags are covering windows instead of Roller Shades, I think it looks terrible. Good one, thanks.

We were like kids playing with it. It's so cool! Also has a "setting 1 / 2" set up so you can have quick "modes" for towing loaded vs. unloaded -- sort of like driver 1/2 in a car!

I was looking at air ride suspension for rvs when your video popped up on my phone. I came across the lippert Center point by trailair and wondered why the...heck don't manufacturers install this from the factory or atleast option. I'm seeing them for 1100-1400 and looks like a huge step up from a road armor or a cre3000 which most upgrades rvs come with I think. Definitely an upgrade I think I will do, and way cheaper than morryde Independent suspension, and an equivalent airbag suspension that the geopro has, doing that aftermarket would be a lot.

There's an unfortunate break in consumer buying patterns when it comes to suspension -- ESPECIALLY in travel trailers. Sadly very few people investigate, understand, or seem to factor it into their purchase process. So it just appears to be the same camper as something else they've seen with a higher price tag. So.. most trailer brands just ... don't do it. Rockwood I think can manage to an extent due to the way their customers tend to research more and have a little more idea before getting involved in a purchase.

That is a nice little toy hauler, it is small enough to fit places bigger campers won't, plus you can put some toys in the back. Obviously this isn't for everyone, but it'd work for me.

I was a bit surprised it doesn’t have one given everything else. I suspect their ramp door is a size for which no vendor offers one at this time It’s similar to a wolf pup ramp door which has the patio, but I have to measure to see if they’re the same

It's the specs they had listed at the time I posted the video. Checking their website now yields 16gal grey. It is odd that's less than the others. Might be a space restriction? Not sure..

It's late November 2021 and Rockwood has added "The power package" to the Geo Pro line including this camper. Total off grid game changer! With the air suspension and the ability to run everything off grid, this may be the goldilocks camper for hauling a quad, a couple of dirt bikes, kayaks, climbing gear etc. Notes to Rockwood: add some straps and a screen room for the ramp door and you will sell these like hotcakes combined with the 'power package'. Hunters and dirt bike/quad guys and gals will snap this thing up so quickly you probably won't be able to build enough of them. Heck, I'd consider it for a minimalist base camper at a full hookup spot if the ramp could become a screen room. Other market factors could be mobile dog groomers, specialty event sellers, wheelchair users, etc., the list goes on. Hubba hubba!

I say that 90% of rv problems is the constant shake while underway. Commercial semi's have cabin isolators and airbags why this is not even an option on rv's, this is the first one I see addressing this problem.

Josh. Geo Pro needs to add a folding counter extension aft of the sink and a folding counter opposite of the sink on the other other wall. They also need to add a stubby hanging closet on the foot end of the bed.

Rockwood doesn't offer it at this time. As you mentioned Wolf Pup has it, but I'd have to measure their ramp doors to see if they're the same size. Suppliers only offer specific hardware rather than something built by the inch. And there are no "Nose off the ground" issues lol

In theory you could block it up but you'll want to be care not to dig into the underside of the door. You'll also still not have a ramp patio gate system so keep that in mind.

So on the bigger Rockwood you can but they don’t show the extra panel is an option on this although they have the same hardware. I think the system can physically handle it, I’m just not sure if they don’t offer it because it’s limited on roof space? We could certainly investigate for you

Silly question given they provide the dimensions of the bed, but could you technically squeeze a 75" long bed in that space?

If you did, then you wouldn't get any extra length out of it obviously. Most 74/75" beds are the same -- MFGs seem to advertise them differently. If it had a rigid structure in it, then probably not. If it could "Squish," then yes I suppose.

Is this (I hope, fingers crossed) an all season or winter ready or heated underbelly, (so many terms). Please please please say it so. I have never seen a supplier who makes one of those for this size of garage door. Those are typically built only for the larger FW toy haulers & not something that can be built to size THAT BEING SAID -- I'm certainly no parts specialist. There may be a supplier for it -- but I am not aware of one.

@@markmorgan5892 I think none of us were able to predict much of anything that's happening in the industry right now and don't feel we can really predict what'll happen years from now. That's all. So far all predictions of "the cheap used ones will be here soon!" haven't happened and *currently* there's no sign of that changing. Could it happen? Maybe. Possibly. Will it happen? Nobody knows.

Hey Josh... Love your videos. Question . This RV shows a garage lenght of 6'11 inches. Do they make this same layout with a longer garage or perhaps a 20 or 21 ft model that would fit a full Harley Davidson Electraglide? I think the bike is around the 8ft mark in lenght... Perhaps a bit over.

I believe it's 6'11" to that bathroom wall. The other side is longer up to the bed with add'l room for loading Rockwood doesn't build any other haulers. It's definitely tight if you're bigger like me, but if my goal was to get a smaller size camper, then I sort of expect smaller spaces to go with the territory. And that's why we carry so many different campers -- to have those little variances for everybody!

I was busy installing some suspension upgrades on my own trailer this morning, and I was feeling pretty good about it until I saw the air ride on this. When is it going to be available on everything? It looks to be painted in Mor Ryde blue.

It's is a Mor/Ryde system. Available now on ALL Geo models as an option, but *standard* specifically on the toy haulers

Mor Ryde has a little bit of information about this suspension on their website. They call it the Air1 and it looks like there is version of it that can use a wireless remote or a mobile app to raise or lower it to make entry easier.

I wonder if there is a regional aspect to this. We don't see that here in the midwest, but I wonder if folks south/west taking them on rougher terrain more frequently encounter it..

I'm not saying the RV in the following link is "on par" with what Rockwood does, but if you took this LAYOUT and made it a tandem axle, then you'd end up with something like bit.ly/3ybuiFA or perhaps bit.ly/3DVJau8

Would like to see them drop that electrical outlet down an inch or two or turn sideways. Then install a fold down short counter extension on the side. Or increase the cabinet another 3 inches to the ramp.

Clearance might be an issue. May depend on the chair specifically but it’s possible Raising the tongue a lot helps ease the angle of attack

It is not. They simply haven't accounted for it in their ramp door or on a sidewall. Love the idea though

@@JoshtheRVNerd So, a guy in a Facebook group claimed that after his dealer made some phone calls he actually was able to order this optioned with the Pro Rac ladder, and it seems like the info online has been updated to suggest that’s possible. I haven’t seen a picture yet, but you may want to re-check that with the manufacturer now.

This is how the folks wanted it basically. Everybody has a little different way they want to use their RV. Gas oven for cooking off grid. Convection for quick meals when hooked up I would guess.

One thing Rockwood used to do is allow customers to order the trailer without an oven. I did that when I bought my 2019 Mini Lite 2509s from Haylett. Rockwood doesn't offer it anymore. All trailers come with ovens.

@@mrasrrcom111 This is just my two cents -- I don't like the model. I understand why they made it, but I don't think it's going to do what people it'll do. The idea is "I like the 19FD but wish it had a slide for more room." People like the dinette on the door side with the window, so they made the kitchen slide out. FDS The problem with that I've seen for 12 years now is a small kitchen slide adds *no functional room to the RV* while reducing overall kitchen space (since it has to fit WITHIN a slide now & the slide flanges require space that's now Lost) & increasing weight. Small slides like that often interfere with travel function as well (like the 16BH), though I think you can still sneak thru the 19FDS. The end result will be an RV with no benefits over the 19FD that costs more money, adds more weight, and has more seal points to maintain with less storage. My two cents as a person. Professionally I'm supposed to tell you "heck yeah come buy it," but there are reasons I chose not to actively stock that one. The 19QB before the 19FDS had the same issues I'm discussing here. I like that airbag suspension, however I’m not a fan of the “cooker hooker” location. That seems like a disaster waiting to happen if that tire were to blow!

Cooker hooker? Ah, the propane hose. Well, you should have the valve closed while driving. Pretty much every trailer has one under there. Yes, there's a risk but I'd say it's small.

@@aguyandhiscomputer if you’ve ever had a trailer tire blow at 70 mph, you’d understand the extensive damage that can happen. That tire destroys everything in the vicinity, and most surely it would take out the propane line! I would have the line extended a bit further away from the wheel well.
