Hi, I just bought one. It’s doing great, except in the night time the recorded video has enormous drop in frame rate (that it’s barely video) could you please help recommend setting or any work around for this issue? (The video is fine in real-time, but after recorded the video quality at night time really drop)

I'm glad to receive your feedback. Please kindly access the "Settings" button in the top right corner of the AZDOME App and check the software version. Afterward, please share the software version number with me so that I can request an engineer to assist you with the adjustment.

You can click the Settings button in the upper right corner of the AZDOME APP and select Date time/fomat to set the correct date

Did you buy the same machine as the video? This one can only display video in real time on the APP. The machine screen will only show the working status
